ON THERSDAY, THE 16TH OF JULY THE FORTH SESSION OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE OF THE SIXTH CONVOCATION WAS CLOSED
Te Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, V. Lytvyn has announced the opening of the meeting. 250 People´s Deputies were registered. Representatives of the Party of Regions have not registered.
V. Lytvyn declared that he has suggested several times the scrutiny of the bill on minimum living wages, that is probably the cause of the conflict, through different ways, but "Today we have practices that the situation should be driven to absurdity".
The Chairman announced the fact that today people´s Deputies came to him, show the certificates. The cards were taken away from them and they like slaves are sent to storm.
V. Lytvyn appealed to the People´s Deputies with asking not to announce the war.
The Chairman announced initiative of 151 People´s Deputies was registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and it corresponds to the requirements of Part 2 of Article 83 of the Constitution of Ukraine, regarding the holding of an extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine conduction.
V. Lytvyn a announced that the Central Elective Committee has registered the People´s Deputy elected on the 30th September 2007, Tyshchenko O. I. and he is added tot eh "BYT register".
V. Lytvyn has read the People´s Deputies appeals.
Representatives of the Party of Regions have blocked the work and switched off the "Rada" system.
V. Lytvyn announced break in the sitting. After the break the People´s Deputies have not upheld the Bill of the Law "On Abolition of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Resolution". (72 votes).
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Loan Agreement (the Project of Motorways and Traffic Safety Improvement) between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development" (411 votes).
Pursuant to the Agreement, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development shall grant a loan in the amount of USD four hundred million to Ukraine under the determined conditions to fund the project of motorways and traffic safety improvement.
For the elaboration for the scrutiny in second reading was directed on the State Budget of Ukraine for the year 2009.
